The websites and platforms
The sites include the studio home and the platforms identified as CELLULAI, DAENA, SCICORN, and EGGHEAD, together with legal pages such as this one. A product may publish additional terms. If it does, those terms will say so, and they apply together with these terms. If they conflict on a product-specific point, the product terms control for that product.
Using the sites
The NBULAI team grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the public pages and to use the features they offer for their intended purpose. You do not receive ownership of the sites, the software, or the names.
Intellectual property
Original concepts, names, branding, designs, visual identities, software interfaces, source code, documentation, written materials, creative works, scientific workflows, digital products, and technological developments created for NBULAI and its platforms are original creations of the NBULAI team. Except where these terms or applicable law allow it, or where the NBULAI team has given permission, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit that material, or create confusingly similar material. Trademarks
NBULAI, CELLULAI, DAENA, SCICORN, and EGGHEAD are trademarks of the NBULAI team. The ™ symbol identifies the names. It does not state that a mark has been registered. You may not use these names in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement, or in a way that is likely to confuse people about the source of a product.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the sites. That includes attempting to disrupt them, probing them without permission, scraping them in a way that degrades the service, misrepresenting your relationship with the studio, or using the sites to infringe someone else’s rights.
Professional judgment
Tools in this ecosystem may assist scientific, creative, or communication work. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you review and use any output.
Disclaimers
The public websites are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the NBULAI team disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the NBULAI team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the public websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
The studio may update these terms. The effective date and policy version change when a new agreement is required, and the agreement bar is shown again. If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by applicable law.
