Who we are
NBULAI is an independent technology studio. CELLULAI, DAENA, SCICORN, and EGGHEAD are names used for platforms in that ecosystem. These pages refer to the studio as the NBULAI team. They do not identify individual founders.
Information involved
These legal pages do not ask you to create an account. Depending on how you reach the sites, information can include:
- Technical data that a hosting provider normally logs in order to deliver and protect a website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, date and time, referring address, and the page requested.
- Information you choose to send if you contact the studio through a channel published on nbulai.com.
- A local acceptance record created in your browser if you agree to this policy and the Terms of Use.
Local acceptance record
The agreement bar stores one item in this browser’s local storage. It holds the policy version and the time you chose Agree. The studio does not receive that item as part of loading these pages. Clearing site data for this site removes it. If the policy version changes, the bar asks for agreement again.
How information is used
Technical logs are used to operate, secure, and understand the reliability of the websites. Information you send in a message is used to respond to that message. The local acceptance record is used only to remember that this browser already agreed to the current version.
What we do not do
The NBULAI team does not sell personal information. These legal pages are not used to build advertising profiles. The studio does not publish personal founder information here.
Storage on your device
The acceptance record uses local storage, not a tracking cookie. If a product platform sets its own cookies or similar technologies, that platform describes them in its own notice.
How long information is kept
Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service, under the hosting provider’s retention practice. Messages you send are kept long enough to handle the request and any follow-up the studio still needs. The local acceptance record remains until you clear it, or until a newer policy version replaces it when you agree again.
Children
These websites are not directed to children under 16, and the studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through these pages.
Your choices
You may read these pages without agreeing. The bar remains until you choose Agree. You may clear the local record in your browser settings, or use Clear acceptance on the Legal & Trust page. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact channels published on nbulai.com.
Changes
When this policy changes in a way that needs a new agreement, the effective date and the policy version are updated, and the agreement bar is shown again.
